At ZYNERA, all products are sourced and fulfilled through third-party suppliers and manufacturers. Because of this business model, we currently do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and processed.
No Return Policy
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Personal preference
- Delayed shipping caused by logistics providers
- Minor differences in color or appearance due to screen settings
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued after an order has been confirmed and processed.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- An incorrect item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- A description of the problem
We will review the issue with the supplier and may provide a replacement if approved.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing begins, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Shipping Responsibility
ZYNERA is not responsible for:
- Customs delays
- Courier delays
- Lost packages marked as delivered
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered by customers
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
