We do not accept returns if the product delivered to you is correct, as ordered, and in good condition.

Once a product has been successfully delivered without any issues, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Eligible Return Conditions

Returns will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • You received a different product or wrong color

  • The product is defective

  • The product is damaged during delivery

Return Request Process

  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photo or video proof of the issue

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

Important Notes

  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings are not eligible for return

  • Returns will not be accepted for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Products that show signs of use will not be accepted for return
